What they need
Role & responsibilities
Consultative Selling: Welcome showroom walk-ins, understand their design preferences, and guide them to the perfect furniture pieces.
Space Advisory: Assist clients with room dimensions, layout visualization, fabric coordination, and customization options.
Value Maximization: Successfully upsell and cross-sell complementary decor and furniture units to drive ticket size.
Lead Management: Actively follow up with premium prospects and coordinate smooth after-sales deliveries.
Preferred candidate profile
1-3 years in premium retail sales, luxury hospitality, real estate, or home decor (prior furniture or interior design retail background is highly preferred).
Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi & English. Ability to confidently pitch value over discounts.
Aesthetic Eye: Sharp spatial awareness to comfortably talk dimensions, fabrics, and home styling.
