Retail Sales Executive

Our client is a prestigious Chinese Arts & Culture brand. The company operates stores in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen and has a flagship store in HK. The brand is known for its China’s wood, porcelain, gold and silver products and convey the beauty and joy of Chinese culture*.*

We are hiring for their new store in Pacific Place, HK.

Duties:

• Provide professional, esteemed, and personalized customer consultation and sales services at the store
• Achieve individual and team sales targets to promote the brand
• Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, assist in managing the VIP database
• Manage product display, inventory management, and daily store operations
• Follow up on after-sales services, handle customer inquiries and complaints, enhance customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 education or above
• 3 years+ experience in luxury retail, high-end jewellery, porcelain, or art sales preferred
• Fluent in English & Chinese
• Passionate about Chinese traditional culture, understanding of traditional Chinese literati lifestyle
• Experience in calligraphy and painting, tea art, incense appreciation, flower arrangement, folk music, or related fields preferred
• Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm for service, and team spirit
• Professional and presentable, detail-oriented, responsible
• Must work in shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
