Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional showroom experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
• Explain product features, materials, finishes, customization options, pricing, and warranties.
• Convert walk-in customers and leads into successful sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
• Maintain showroom presentation according to luxury brand standards.
• Handle quotations, billing, and order processing using POS/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on new collections, design trends, and product launches.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail sales.
• Experience in Furniture, Home Dcor, Luxury Retail, Lifestyle Products, Interior Solutions, or Real Estate is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to confidently close high-value sales.
• Basic knowledge of POS/ERP systems and MS Excel is an added advantage.
