Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Executive to provide excellent customer service and drive sales in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle product enquiries and customer concerns.
- Maintain product displays and store standards.
- Support promotions, stock checks, and daily store operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Target-driven and positive attitude.
- Well-organized and able to work as part of a team.
