Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our lifestyle retail store. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, accessories, footwear, or similar retail segments.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and supporting day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences and needs.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and promotions to customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper visual merchandising.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and basic POS operations.
• Assist with stock receiving, inventory checking, replenishment, and stockroom management.
• Maintain accurate product and sales information.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Support promotional activities and new product launches.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and store procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a lifestyle store.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, beauty, or premium lifestyle retail will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Strong selling and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional personality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and during peak retail periods.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
