Retail Sales Executive

Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai
Experience: 1+ Year in Retail Sales

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Thoraipakkam.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and understand their requirements.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Promote and explain products to customers.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Handle billing, product display, and basic store operations.
• Maintain proper stock and ensure the showroom/store is well organized.
• Follow up with customers and generate repeat sales.
• Support the team in achieving overall store targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-friendly attitude with a strong sales mindset.
• Ability to work towards sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management is an advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
