Retail Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers and customers with product selection and purchasing decisions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Promote products, special offers, and new arrivals to maximize sales.
• Handle billing, cash transactions, card payments, and digital payments accurately.
• Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and report stock shortages.
• Ensure accurate pricing, product labeling, and inventory management.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Follow airport security regulations, store policies, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with the store manager and team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain punctuality and flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
