Retail Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive with experience in the furniture industry to join our team in Zirakpur. The candidate will be responsible for handling showroom customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable furniture products, generating sales, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and understand their furniture requirements.
• Explain product features, materials, designs, finishes, pricing, and customization options.
• Generate sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Follow up with enquiries and prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers as per company guidelines.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with design, production, delivery, and installation teams for smooth order execution.
• Maintain customer and sales records and regularly update lead status.
• Resolve customer queries and provide professional after-sales support.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new furniture designs and products.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
• Ensure the showroom is well-presented and products are properly displayed.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in retail/showroom sales, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Experience in furniture, modular furniture, home furnishing, interiors, kitchen, wardrobes, sofas, or related products will be preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and sales-closing abilities.
• Target-oriented and confident in dealing with customers.
• Good understanding of furniture products, materials, designs, and finishes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
• Presentable, confident, and professional personality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
