Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Retail Sales Executive-EdTech to join our EdTech team. The candidate will interact with students and parents, explain our courses and learning programs, generate admissions, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with students and parents and understand their learning requirements.
• Explain EdTech courses, programs, fees, and benefits clearly.
• Handle walk-in customers, leads, calls, and enquiries.
• Follow up with interested students and parents through calls and messages.
• Conduct basic course presentations and counselling.
• Convert enquiries and leads into admissions/sales.
• Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide a good customer experience and maintain professional relationships

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a recognized institution.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
