Retail Sales Executive (High Basic + Commission)

About the role

Join OGAWA, a well-known wellness brand, as a Retail Sales Executive. You'll help customers find the right massage chair or wellness product for their lifestyle, run product demonstrations and build long-term customer relationships. Full training is provided.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers and understand their wellness needs
• Recommend suitable OGAWA products and run demonstrations
• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets
• Follow up with customers and provide after-sales support
• Keep the showroom clean, organised and presentable
• Take part in roadshows and promotional events

Who we're looking for

• Friendly, confident and good with people
• Sales-oriented with a positive attitude
• Willing to learn about wellness products
• Retail or sales experience is an advantage, but not required
