Retail Sales Executive – Training & Development

• At least 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or salon industry.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales, with quantifiable achievements.
• Strong background in sales training and team motivation.
• Experience managing retail operations and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in CRM software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel across branches and work flexible hours as needed.
• Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
• High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills - English
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels
• Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
• Able to start work immediately
