Retail Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Retail Sales Manager to take ownership of store performance, customer experience, people capability and operating standards. The position will work closely with internal teams, external partners and senior stakeholders to keep priorities moving and turn plans into measurable outcomes. Candidates should bring around 6-10 years of relevant experience, with practical exposure to store sales, team leadership, retail KPIs. Good judgement, commercial awareness and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving are important.
