We’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our small sales team in our high-end furniture and lifestyle store in Epping. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves selling, has an eye for interiors and knows how to bring out the best in others. You’ll be at the heart of the shop floor, helping customers find pieces they love while ensuring the team delivers a warm, knowledgeable and attentive service. What you’ll be doing Leading, motivating and supporting a small sales team. Driving sales and leading by example through your own customer relationships. Helping customers choose furniture and accessories with confidence. Coaching the team to develop their product knowledge and selling skills to meet targets. Overseeing the day-to-day running of the sales floor and maintaining excellent standards of presentation. Organising incoming deliveries of new stock. Being the first point of contact for customer queries and concerns, resolving issues with care and professionalism to ensure a positive experience. Working closely with the family owners to help the store thrive.

What we’re looking for ;

Previous experience in retail sales management or team leadership, ideally (but not exclusively) within furniture, interiors or premium lifestyle retail. A proven ability to achieve sales targets while providing thoughtful, personal service. A confident, approachable leadership style and a willingness to get involved. Strong organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. A genuine interest in interiors, design and beautiful things. Availability to work full time, including weekends.
