Retail Sales Officer

We are hiring a Retail Sales Officer on behalf of our client.

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this position is to manage showroom walk-in customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products and convert inquiries into sales.

Job Description:

· Attend the walk-in customers and understand their needs.

· Present suitable products and explain features, benefits, and pricing.

· Convert walk-in inquiries into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.

· Follow up with potential customers to close pending sales opportunities.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales.

· Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

· Handle customer inquiries and understand their requirements.

· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales.
• Prior experience in retail sales, customer-facing sales, or handling walk-in customers will be preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
• Good communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
