- Customer Engagement: Welcome shoppers, understand requirements for weddings, gifting, or personal use, and build long-term rapport.
- Product Knowledge: Explain specifications including metal purity, gemstone details, weight, making charges, and ongoing schemes or offers.
- Sales Targets: Drive daily and monthly sales goals via suggestive selling, cross-selling, up-selling, and non-purchaser follow-ups.
- Showroom Operations: Maintain visual merchandising standards, assist in stock counting, tagging, tallying, and support billing
