The Retail Sales Billing Executive is responsible for managing billing operations, retail sales, and supporting pharmacy operations while ensuring a smooth client experience within the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service

• Assist customers with product information and purchase of products and accessories

• Process sales transactions accurately using the checkout system

• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and stock levels

• Support inventory management and stock replenishment

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets

• Coordinate with doctors, lab, and reception teams

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

• Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets

  Requirements
