Retail Sales Representative

We are currently hiring a Retail Sales Associate to represent our products and services in a face to face retail environment. This is a full time, W2 direct hire position offering consistent hourly pay, weekly bonuses, and uncapped commission. If you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and being in a high energy environment, this opportunity is a strong fit.

Schedule -Monday - Friday: 11am-7pm

Weekends: 9am-3pm

* Pick whatever two days off week over week.

Compensation

• Base salary plus weekly bonuses and commissions
• Average weekly earnings around $1,000 - $1,300

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers inside retail locations, local events and sporting events.
• Present and explain our clients products and services in a clear and engaging way
• Assist customers with enrollment and account setup
• Build positive relationships to create a strong customer experience
• Track daily activity and sales performance
• Maintain a professional and team oriented environment

What We Are Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Outgoing, confident, and motivated attitude
• Ability to work full time on a set schedule
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or restaurant experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation
