First Class International Marketing is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Pensacola team as an Entry Level Sales Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on sales experience and build their communication and customer service skills.

No previous sales experience is required — we provide paid training to help you get started.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with customers in a retail setting
• Start conversations and learn about customer needs
• Recommend products and services based on those needs
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with customers
• Reliable and motivated to learn
• Goal-oriented and able to work well with a team
• Sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
