Retail Sales Representative

We are looking for 2 x Retail assistants to join our South Auckland branches.

Hype cloud is New Zealand owned retail group for Vape Gears, Vaporizers, Hookah, and other Smoking-Related products.

In this role you will:

• Be providing all customers with excellent customer service.
• Completing all daily store operations.
• Dealing with customer queries and issues.
• Keeping up to date with the latest technology to assist customers to find the right product for them.
• Maintain Daily Stock Take Procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
• Assist the Manager with the daily operational tasks.
• You must have good sales technique and knowledge of cross selling and upselling.
• Achieving daily and weekly sales target
• Must be able to build Rappo with customers
• Vaping and smoking related product knowledge would be an advantage.

In order to be considered for this role you will need:

• To have well-developed communication and listening skills.
• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Be computer literate.
• Must work on the weekends and according to the roster.
• Reliable and enthusiastic.
