About the Role

Stravix Marketing is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to work in person at retail partner locations throughout Oklahoma City. We’re looking for driven, high energy, and career focused individuals. In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers, explain products and services, answer questions, and help customers identify solutions that meet their needs.

This is a full-time, paid sales position offering $700-$1,200 weekly. Compensation is based on the company’s applicable compensation plan and individual performance.

No previous sales experience is required. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide professional service.
• Educate customers about our clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information.
• Represent Stravix Marketing and its partner brands professionally.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
• Work with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Participate in paid training, coaching, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and comfortable speaking with people in person.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable receiving coaching and feedback.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or leadership is helpful but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base pay
• Average starting weekly earnings, including base pay and performance-based compensation, are approximately $700–$1,200, depending on individual performance and applicable compensation terms

Expected Earnings

Employees may earn approximately $700–$1,200 per week including base pay and performance-based compensation, depending on hours worked, individual performance, and the applicable compensation plan.
