Retail Sales Representative

Full-Time | In-Person Retail Sales | Paid Training | Authorized AT&T Dealer

We are looking for a motivated and personable Retail Sales Representative to join our growing sales and marketing team. In this role, you will work face-to-face with customers in a retail setting, representing AT&T products and services and helping customers find options that fit their needs.

What You'll Do:

• Work face-to-face with customers in an in-person retail environment
• Represent and promote AT&T products and services
• Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate options
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and service options
• Assist customers throughout the sales process
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
• Participate in ongoing product, sales, and leadership training

Compensation:

This position offers a base pay or commission, whichever is greater for the applicable pay period.

Representatives have the opportunity to earn performance-based commission, with typical commission earnings ranging from approximately $800–$1,200 per week based on individual sales performance. Commission is uncapped.

Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and are not guaranteed. Specific base-pay details and the compensation structure will be reviewed during the interview process.

Schedule & Work Environment:

This is a full-time, in-person position. Representatives work directly with customers in a retail setting. This is not a remote position and is not door-to-door sales.

Candidates should have reliable transportation and availability to work the schedule required for the retail location.
