Your Day at Wireless Zone

Every day brings new customers, new conversations, and new opportunities to succeed.

You'll work with customers in the store and over the phone, learn what they need, and connect them with all Verizon products and solutions that fit their lifestyle.

As a Wireless Sales Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers to assess their wireless service needs and recommend suitable Verizon Wireless products and home services.
• Consistently meeting or surpassing performance targets and minimum sales quotas.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and cross-sell services to new and existing customers, maximizing sales potential.
• Addressing customer service concerns promptly and professionally.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers.
• Managing register transactions, including daily cash-in and cash-out processes.
• Following up on customer inquiries and promoting services through warm call leads.
• Ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Pack and unpack Verizon internet routers.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• Experience in a commission- or performance-based setting is a plus
• Preferred: 1+ years of direct customer-facing sales experience; wireless industry experience is a bonus

Qualifications:

• At least a high school diploma and age 18.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a retail, storefront environment
• Requires frequent standing and the ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
