Retail Sales Representative

About the role

Infinity-Ways Manpower Corporation is looking for motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented Retail Sales Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, expanding market coverage, and supporting sales operations. This is a field sales role involving customer visits with initial deployment in Luzon, Cebu, or Davao.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets
• Identify new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Conduct regular customer visits and understand their needs
• Follow up on sales orders and payment collections
• Monitor market conditions, customer demand, and competitor activities
• Identify new business opportunities and recommend suitable products
• Assist in handling customer concerns and complaints
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
• Comply with company deployment arrangements, customer visits, and business travel requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred
• 1–2 years of sales experience
• Experience in pharmacy, medical, healthcare, or related product sales is an advantage
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Able to use English as a working language
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
• Willing to conduct customer visits and travel as needed
• Willing to accept flexible deployment based on business requirements
• Willing to undergo at least one week of practical market training
