Retail Sales Representative

LOCATION: MC BRIONES ST. HIGHWAY, MANDAUE CITY, CEBU (CEBU)

Job Summary

A Sales Associate in the retail and power tools industry is responsible for providing expert customer service, driving sales, and ensuring customers are matched with the right tools for their needs. This role requires strong product knowledge, especially in power tools and related equipment, and the ability to clearly explain features, benefits, and usage. The Sales Associate supports day-to-day store operations, maintains well-organized displays, and helps create a safe and professional retail environment. This role also includes assisting with tasks delegated by supervisors to ensure smooth store operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and engage customers in a professional, approachable manner.

· Assist customers in identifying the right tools and equipment based on their needs and level of experience.

· Provide knowledgeable advice on power tools, accessories, safety gear, and related products.

· Demonstrate key product features and ensure customers understand proper usage and safety protocols.

· Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.

· Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked shelves, tool displays, and workstations.

· Stay up to date with new product releases, manufacturer specifications, and industry trends.

· Report any inventory shortages or customer feedback to management.

· Follow all safety procedures, store policies, and loss prevention guidelines.

· Carry out other tasks as assigned by the superior.

• May be temporarily assigned to another branch to provide support, if required

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
