Responsibilities

• Engage with customers proactively, providing product information and personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience
• Maintain attractive and organized store displays through visual design, merchandising, and planogram implementation
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and inventory control to ensure product availability
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for cash handling and sales transactions
• Support store remodeling projects, interior design updates, and remodeling initiatives to keep the store fresh and inviting
• Use mobile devices and retail software to track sales, update product information, and communicate with team members
• Train new staff on customer service standards, merchandising techniques, and safety procedures such as ladder use and manual handling

Experience

• Previous retail store experience is highly preferred; familiarity with retail math, pricing strategies, and merchandising is a plus
• Supervising experience or leadership roles in retail environments will be advantageous for growth opportunities
• Strong communication skills in multiple languages are beneficial for engaging diverse customer bases
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is desirable for visual design tasks and promotional material creation
• Experience with schematics, planograms, or visual merchandising enhances your ability to create compelling displays
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely, including heavy lifting and standard passenger car operation when needed
• Demonstrated organizational skills with time management expertise to handle stocking, inventory management, cashiering, and customer service efficiently

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
