Impact Marketing Solutions is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as an Entry-Level Retail Sales Representative.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing development to help you build confidence in sales, communication, and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers face-to-face in a retail environment
• Represent our clients and their products or services professionally
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Develop stronger communication, sales, and leadership skills
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching

Compensation & Growth

This position offers hourly base pay with the opportunity to earn additional income through uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Schedule

This is an in-person retail sales position. Candidates should have flexibility to work within our scheduled retail hours, including applicable weekends.
