Retail Sales Representative - Entry Level

No previous sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers in an in-person retail environment while building practical experience in sales, communication, and customer service.

You'll:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Learn about customers' needs and help identify appropriate products or services
• Explain available products, services, and promotions
• Answer customer questions accurately and professionally
• Recommend additional products or services when appropriate
• Process cash, credit card, and electronic payments
• Work alongside your team to meet individual and store goals
• Maintain an organized and professional work environment
• Participate in occasional community outreach or local promotional events
• Follow company policies and provide a positive customer experience
