Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Retail Sales Associate to work on a contract basis. The position is based on-site and involves direct interaction with customers in a retail environment. This role is structured as a contract engagement, allowing flexibility while delivering core retail functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance with product inquiries.

• Operate point‑of‑sale systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain merchandise presentation by organizing shelves, restocking items, and ensuring displays are tidy.

• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a courteous and timely manner.

• Support inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

• Experience handling cash, credit, and electronic payment methods in a retail setting.

• Familiarity with visual merchandising standards and store layout principles.

• Ability to work on an on‑site schedule and adapt to varying foot traffic patterns.

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and contributing to store performance.
