Retail Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leads and aids in the creation of store manual, guidelines, policies and procedures

2. Ensures that store operations follow the standard operating procedures

3. Leads, plans and coordinates with other concerned Departments on store openings

4. Monitors the supplies inventory at each store

5. Monitors the performance of store employees and provides training as necessary

6. Addresses concerns on inventory, sales, display and schedule of employees

7. Develops, implements and executes marketing campaigns such as print media, web,

social media, broadcast, and others

8. Carry out customer feedback survey, market researches and competitive intelligence

in order to keep up-to-date with customer expectations, market trends and

opportunities

9. Develops marketing and promotional materials and manages the use thereof

10. Develops, recommends and monitors successful implementation of timely Sales

Promotions, Partner and/Customer incentives programs, and the like

11. Taps and engages expertise of a third-party Ad or Marketing agency when

necessary.

12. Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• Atleast 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience in inventory management, customer service, and sales operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to monitor and achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic reporting.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills for daily store operations.:
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
