Quality in-store execution

• Deliver excellent in store First Moment of Truth(FMOT) execution
• Maximize the efficiency of in-store activities, e.g. event/promotion
• Key Consumption Period execution uplift Category and Point of Contact capability building
• Retail distributor sales team category capability building
• Regional customers In Store Programs, Promotion, or Performance category capability building Build close relation with customer. Coverage go deep
• Call regional Head Quarter to build relation
• Quality Regional Head Quarter in-store execution

Qualification

• Passion to work in customers business
• Good communication and business analyze skill
• Strong leadership and ownership to grow category business
• FMCG Sales background is preferred
