Retail Sales Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring excellent customer service. Duties

• Assist customers in selecting products and providing detailed information to facilitate purchase decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and personalised service
• Support the store team in achieving sales targets.
• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions promptly and professionally
• Utilise IT systems to process orders and generate sales reports
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
• Open/close shop after successful completion of training.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
