Job Overview

Elevate Marketing is hiring Retail Sales Trainees to provide retail sales support in Costco Wholesale.

This position involves speaking with customers in person, providing information about our client’s cellular services, answering questions, and closing sales.

No previous retail sales experience is required. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information about available products and services.
• Ask questions and listen to customers to understand their needs.
• Close Sales.
• Follow company retail sales procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members.
• Participate in paid training and coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and professional.
• Dependable, punctual, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to learn and follow established procedures and training.

This is a W-2 position with an hourly base wage and is not commission-only.
