Retail Salesperson

Oversee store operations including but not limited to the following.

• Greet and assist customers: Provide a welcoming and helpful experience.
• Understand customer needs: Ask questions to determine what customers are looking for and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate and explain products: Show how products work and highlight their features and benefits.
• Answer customer questions: Provide accurate and helpful information about products, pricing, and store policies.
• Process payments and handle returns: Accurately and efficiently complete transactions, including cash, credit card, and returns.
• Inform customers about sales and promotions: Keep customers aware of current deals and special offers.
• Cross-sell and upsell: Suggest additional products or services that may be of interest to customers.

Inventory and Store Operations:

• Stock shelves and displays: Ensure that products are neatly arranged and readily available for customers.
• Assist with inventory management: Help with receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting low stock levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area: Keep the store looking presentable and inviting for customers.

Other Responsibilities:

• Follow company policies and procedures: Adhere to store guidelines and standards.
• Work as part of a team: Collaborate with other employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Handle customer complaints: Address customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment: Be a team player and contribute to a positive atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
