Retail Service and Sales Associate

Looking for a Long-Term, Full-Time Retail Service and Sales Associate!

$14/hr - $17/hr base + Commission + Bonuses

Excellent location

Responsibilities:
Check guests in and out
Manage reservations, phone calls, and appointment changes
Recommend products, services, and wax passes
Prebook guests for future appointments
Accurately process payments and update guest accounts
Maintain front desk cleanliness and center presentation
Complete assigned opening and closing tasks
Meet individual sales and guest service expectations
Follow company policies, dress code, and attendance expectations
Welcome guests with a positive, upbeat attitude

Pay & Benefits:

Base hourly pay ranging from $14/hr -> $17/hr
Commission on sales

Schedule:
Must be available to work one weekend shift and two closing shifts per week.
Opening weekday shifts: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Closing weekday shift: 2:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Saturday shift: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Sunday shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable talking about products, packages, and promotions
Flexible work availability
Able to follow systems, policies, and dress code
