• Maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked sales displays during high-volume trading hours
• Processing sales, exchanges, and inventory checks accurately using point-of-sale (POS) till systems and digital handheld scanners
• Logging stock movements, customer feedback, and daily operational notes using internal digital tools
• Collaborating with department supervisors to achieve daily store revenue benchmarks and operational targets
• Continuously improving your communication, product knowledge, and retail management capabilities
