We're looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team in Manchester. This is a customer-facing role where you'll interact with customers every day, provide helpful support, and develop valuable skills in retail, communication, sales, and customer experience.

No previous experience is required. You'll receive full training and ongoing support, with opportunities to progress into Senior Customer Service Assistant, Retail Supervisor, Team Leader, and Management roles.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional experience.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable assistance.
• Answer questions about products, services, and promotions.
• Support customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Process customer requests and transactions accurately.
• Assist with product displays, stock replenishment, and general store presentation.
• Handle routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
• Support promotional and customer engagement activities.
• Work with colleagues to achieve customer service and business objectives.
• Take part in ongoing training and develop your retail and customer service skills.
