We are looking for a candidate to oversee retail shop operations and expansion in Hong Kong. As the retail leader, you’ll be playing an impactful and managerial role in driving business growth and market penetration by expanding our branded retail networks and shop optimisation.

我們現在正在尋找一位 Retail Shop Manager，帶領及管理香港實體店發展及業務，期待你的加入！

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Work with the Country Manager (HK & MO) to analyze store sales data and lead the team to achieve sales targets, formulate and execute prompt action plans for improving store business. 實體店銷售數據分析，提出行動方案及領導全體店舖團隊完成銷售目標。

• Generate and implement new strategic initiatives for retail stores and monitor all kinds of store operation activities, product assortment plans and marketing campaigns implementation, provide constructive suggestions to related departments and management. 策劃及執行門市的營運新策略，管理店舖日常事務，包括營銷活動、產品展示、人手安排、貨存等。

• Train staff under the guidance to achieve operation efficiency, review and adjust operation procedures to optimise sales performance and customers’ shopping experience. 店舖團隊培訓，以店舖銷售績效為目標，提出建議提高店舖銷售成效和顧客購物體驗。

• Handle customer complaints and enquiries in a timely manner in order to enhance customer satisfaction. 及時處理顧客查詢及投訴，提升顧客滿意度。

• Lead Hong Kong’s new shop expansions and retail partnership management. 帶領香港團隊拓展實體店業務及分店，以及與銷售合作夥伴溝通聯繫。

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• At least 2 years supervisory experience in store operations and sales management, with at least 4-5 years in retail, beauty, electronic appliances industries. 4 年或以上零售業經驗，擔任至少 1-2 年店舖管理及銷售額管理角色。

• Data-driven mindset 數據為先的決策力

• Familiar with hair styling, beauty & fashion trends. Experienced in hair styler and able to demonstrate how to style hair with stryv’s products to customers. 了解時裝美容、頭髮造型潮流走勢，熟悉操作頭髮造型器工具，能有效向顧客示範如何使用 stryv 產品造型。

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) 流利廣東話、基本英語及普通話，能讀寫中英兩文。
