该职位来源于猎聘 ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY ABOUT THE ROLE: Retail Staff Engagement Specialist RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and execute monthly and yearly training plan for retail staff, including new staff onboarding, product training and sales technique. Localize training courses based on HQ training recourses to deliver Marshall and product in the first-class experience. Provide regular on-site coaching to shape service behavior, make training skills / content on the earth. Be close partnership with retail team, understand the business needs and identify the capability gaps so as to roll out the relevant training development program for retail staff. Independently and efficiently organize the retail training workshops, such as new launch, brand story, sales technique improvement program, service upgrading training etc. Design the follow up plan and tools based on the key projects and courses. Through teaching, follow up and coaching, improving the ability of employees in stores and give feedbacks. EXPERIENCES & SKILLS REQUIRED EXPERIENCES / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Minimum 5 years of training working experience from the sectors of premium retail: fashion, luxury, sports, lifestyle. Good expression ability and teaching capabilities, such as coaching, presentation & facilitation, analytical and organizational skills. Good retail sense, knowing about business and having solid training and coaching skills and experience, retail store experience is a plus. REQUIRED LANGUAGES (BESIDES ENGLISH): Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese REQUIRED SKILLS: A self-motivated individual with good communication and interpersonal skills.
