Responsibilities

• Efficiently load and unload shipments using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safe lifting practices
• Stock shelves, produce sections, or storage areas with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain accurate inventory control through regular stock counts and audits
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing products
• Support merchandising efforts by organizing products according to store standards or warehouse layout plans
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by performing routine maintenance and sanitation tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members across shifts, utilizing multilingual skills if applicable, to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience or retail store experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory management and stock accuracy
• Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying stock quantities
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases
• Knowledge of retail product knowledge, merchandising standards, and shipping & receiving procedures is beneficial
• Commitment to safe lifting practices and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
