Responsibilities

• Stock shelves efficiently by receiving, unpacking, and organizing products using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary
• Utilize RF scanners to accurately track inventory levels, update stock records, and assist with inventory control processes
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by loading and unloading shipments safely and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and sales floor to promote a safe shopping environment
• Support merchandising efforts by arranging products according to store standards and ensuring proper product placement
• Conduct manual handling of heavy items following safe lifting practices to prevent injuries
• Communicate effectively with team members in multiple languages if applicable, ensuring smooth operations across diverse staff and customer bases

Skills

• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, and RF scanners
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock replenishment, and retail store product knowledge
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with proper safety techniques
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, packaging, and merchandising tasks
• Effective communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
• Familiarity with grocery store or retail sales environments enhances performance in this role
• Basic math skills for counting, pricing, and inventory calculations are essential for accuracy

Pay: From $15.23 per hour
