Retail Store Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Present and demonstrate premium baby products and explain their features and benefits.
• Meet and achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and product replenishment.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the premium image of the brand.

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate; college graduate is an advantage.
• Previous sales or retail experience is preferred.
• Experience handling premium, luxury, baby, or lifestyle products is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident, approachable, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
