Retail Store Assistant

Job Summary

As a Store Assistant, you are the face of Mission World. Your primary mission is to provide

an unforgettable in-store experience for our customers. You will welcome local gamers,

share deep product knowledge, help them pick out the perfect gear, and keep the sales floor

looking epic every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Proactively welcome and guide customers through the retail floor.

Offer personalized recommendations across games, consoles, and gaming gear.

• Store Maintenance: Ensure interactive demo stations, shelves, and merchandise

displays remain clean, operational, and visually structured.

• Cashiering: Efficiently process sales transactions, manage customer pre-orders, and

handle returns via the POS system.

• Stock Support: Support incoming shipments by safely unboxing, security-tagging, stock

counting, and refreshing promotional areas.

• Event Support: Help organize and manage local mini-tournaments, community nights,

and high-profile product launch events.

Requirements

• SPM, STPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates are highly

encouraged to apply, as professional retail training is provided.

• Friendly, approachable, highly communicative, and energetic personality.

• A genuine interest in gaming platforms (PC, PlayStation, Nintendo, Xbox, Mobile) or

TCG/tabletop culture is highly valued.

• Punctual, highly accountable, and keen to scale within the retail management industry.

• Willingness to work rotating shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
