Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and maintain an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and people skills, is goal-oriented, and is eager to inspire both customers and team members. Knowledge of crystals and metaphysical practices is a plus but not required. Sales experience & ability to stay focused on sales goals while maintaining your other duties is a MUST. We are negotiable to monthly bonuses based on sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Train, coach, and develop employees to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
• Maintain store presentation and cleanliness to uphold brand standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the owner on stock replenishment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system ( Square & Shopify) .
• Plan and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any customer service issues.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist Social Media Manager with social media engagement and promotions to drive store traffic.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience required.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Passion for handmade gifts and a genuine interest in providing a great in-store experience.
• Familiarity with crystals and metaphysical practices is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
