Job Summary As a Retail Associate at SLA Worldwide, you will help create an exceptional in-store experience for our customers, support daily operations, and represent the mission of HBCU News . This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in retail, culture, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service aligned with brand values.
• Assist with merchandise sales, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Support inventory management, restocking, and loss prevention procedures.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash accurately.
• Support store marketing initiatives, including social media and community engagement events.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or currently enrolled in college (HBCU students encouraged to apply).
• Sales experience, high energy, and a passion for customer interaction.
• Passion for community, culture, and empowerment initiatives.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Energetic, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
