Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest.
• Provide knowledgeable support in technology sales, explaining technical specifications clearly and confidently.
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts.
• Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to attract customer attention.
• Upsell complementary products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Manage time efficiently to balance customer service with store upkeep tasks such as stock replenishment and cleanliness.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Experience with POS systems, cashiering, or merchandising is advantageous.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management are critical for success in this fast-paced environment.
• Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos can help you excel in explaining complex features clearly.

Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
