What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, informed service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
• Handle register transactions and assist with inventory restocking
• Support social media marketing through simple content (photos/videos)
• Represent the PWU lifestyle with confidence and professionalism
• Follow all company standards and New Jersey tobacco/nicotine regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 21 years or older (required by law)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication and people skills
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, or social media trends
• Weekend availability strongly preferred
• This is a customer-facing role, energy, confidence, and presence matter

Schedule

Bloomfield operates 7 days a week with two consistent shifts:

• Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Reliability and responsible communication are expected from everyone on the team.

Professional Environment

We run a professional workspace where focus and customer experience come first. Personal phone use during shifts is limited to ensure strong service and team performance.

Reliable transportation required.
