Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
• Operate the cash register, handle retail sales transactions accurately, and manage cash drawer procedures with integrity
• Assist customers with product demos, explaining features and benefits to support informed purchasing decisions
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store displays are attractive and well-maintained through effective merchandising
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items to increase sales opportunities
• Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and policies to answer customer inquiries confidently
• Handle phone inquiries professionally, practicing excellent phone etiquette to assist customers remotely

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and retail math for processing transactions efficiently
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for cash handling and sales totals
• Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in leadership growth opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and stock management practices
