Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs in a friendly, professional manner
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of various items, especially technology products
• Provide knowledgeable advice on product selection, upselling where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions including cash handling and receipts
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and highlight promotional items
• Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks such as restocking, cleaning, and checkout are completed efficiently

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in technology or electronics sales
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases
• Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
• Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication, patience, and problem-solving
• Organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels effectively
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $29.00-$31.00 per hour
