Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on store products
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and basic math calculations
• Assist with stocking, organizing displays, and merchandising to maintain an attractive store environment
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items to enhance their shopping experience
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Support supervising staff during busy periods by overseeing daily store operations and ensuring excellent customer service standards
