In this role, you’ll be the face of our store, helping customers find what they need, providing excellent service, and creating a welcoming shopping environment. Whether you’re assisting with product displays or ringing up sales at the register, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will make a real difference. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and offer assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of new or popular items.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts.
• Upsell products by suggesting complementary items to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
• Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, basic math calculations, and receipt processing accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and phone etiquette.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing back-stock for easy access.
• Support the team with supervising experience when needed, ensuring store policies are followed.
• Promote a positive shopping environment by communicating clearly and maintaining cleanliness.

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus.
• Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, help connect with diverse customers.
• Basic math skills are necessary for accurate cash handling and sales calculations.
• Experience in merchandising, product demos, or upselling can help boost your effectiveness on the floor.
